In the paper sorption capacity of shungite rocks Koksu field (Kazakhstan) in relation to oil from Karazhanbas and Tengiz fields were studied. Oil spills occurring during production, gathering, transportation, storage refining, repair work on wells are an urgent environmental problem. There effective methods soil purification, including particular interests addressed process. The aim this research is study by deposit after mechanochemical activation. activation rock samples was carried out a planetary ball mill at different speeds rotation ratios mass sample. developed sorbents based tested for cleaning oil-contaminated soils their capacities under dynamic static conditions determined. For oil, sorbent shale grade (TS) recommended, which 2.57-2.85 g/g. Sorption 10 % contaminated with showed 0.44-0.45 g/g 60 days conditions. practical significance lies prospects using clean up spills.
